Absolutely. You don’t need to know exactly where you are in your journey to start using Menolia.
You can record the changes you notice, track your sleep, mood or cycles and keep your information in one place.
Menolia supports you through perimenopause, menopause and postmenopause, at your own pace.
Menolia takes the privacy of your information seriously, especially health information. Access to your tracking data is tied to your signed-in account and subject to access controls. You can export your data and request account deletion from your profile.
Your tracking data is sent to Menolia to save and display your personal space. Deleting your account does not immediately erase backups or certain technical records and billing documents. Some retention periods and processing conditions still need to be clarified in the privacy policy.
The trial lets you discover Menolia before your paid subscription begins. The applicable duration and terms are shown before confirmation on the platform where you subscribe.

- 7 days of access to Menolia with the trial offer, subject to the duration shown before confirmation.
- Payment methods
- On the Menolia website, payments are secured by Stripe and invoices are issued under the name Kinioo, which operates Menolia. Subscription prices and terms are shown before any confirmation.
- Included features
- During your active free trial, all features included in the Menolia subscription are available without trial-specific restrictions. Freely explore symptom and cycle tracking, treatments, appointments, analyses of your progress and all resources.
- After 7 days
- Unless you cancel, your paid subscription starts automatically when the trial ends, under the monthly or yearly plan and at the amount you chose before confirmation.
- Cancellation and subscription management
- To manage or cancel your subscription purchased on the Menolia website, open the secure Stripe portal from your profile. Cancellation prevents automatic renewal. Access remains available until your rights effectively end, subject to your subscription or free-trial terms. Check that date and the cancellation confirmation in the Stripe portal.
